PHUL Tracker Pro R12.1.5 AUT004-R4 — self-contained browser installation

Target: LiteSpeed, PHP 8.2+, HTTPS, canonical /protrack/ path.

1. Upload the single self-contained PHP bootstrap to any web-accessible folder on the target domain.
2. Open the bootstrap over HTTPS and review the read-only preflight.
3. Confirm reconstruction. No installation code needs to be supplied by you.
4. After verified reconstruction, the bootstrap generates a fresh one-time installation code and displays it once. Use Copy or Download .txt and save it securely.
5. The bootstrap stores only the SHA-256 of that code in .phul-pro-private outside the public document root; the plaintext code is not written to the server.
6. The bootstrap deletes itself after successful reconstruction.
7. Open the generated /install.php page and enter the saved installation code. The code expires after 30 minutes and is consumed on first successful use.
8. Complete the live hosting preflight. Do not use 0777 permissions.
9. Save the generated show-once owner/admin credential text file before acknowledging that those credentials are saved.
10. Store the owner password, administrator password, six-digit administrator PIN, install key and device key securely.
11. Sign in as owner. Offline access is optional and is offered explicitly after a successful online owner login.
12. Open /protrack/#admin, sign in with the administrator credentials and PIN, and complete the forced password change.
13. Confirm .phul-pro-private and .phul-pro-deployment-backups are outside the public document root.
14. Confirm install.php and temporary installer artefacts are removed after successful deployment.
15. Install the PWA from /protrack/ and complete the remaining live/physical acceptance checklist.
