Attempts:
- Playwright managed Chromium: unavailable because the managed headless-shell executable is not installed.
- System Chromium through Playwright: blocked by the sandbox with net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ADMINISTRATOR for the local HTTPS endpoint.
- System Chromium --dump-dom: did not complete before the execution timeout.

Disposition:
The failed browser attempts did not modify application files. Browser/device acceptance remains open and must be performed on the target host and physical Android browsers.
